Provide integrated strategic and financial advice to C-level executives / senior management of mid-cap ($500mm - $5b) companies within the business services and media industries. Responsible for managing and executing complex financial and business analyses pertaining to mergers, acquisitions / leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and capital raising transactions (initial public offerings, debt, and hybrid capital). I have over four years of investment banking experience, complemented by operating experience at both large and start-up internet companies.

Prior to BMO Capital Markets, I was a Sr. Traffic Manager at Amazon.com, focusing on demand generation / business development initiatives for a $2b+ portfolio. Before joining Amazon.com, I founded and self-funded an integrated social networking and e-commerce platform. Prior to Pawsley, I served as a consultant (corporate development, finance) for a start-up in the digital media and publishing space while attending Columbia Business School.
